Papua New Guinea - Medium Roast

This Kunjin grade coffee comes to us from the Wahgi Valley, Western Highlands region of Papua New Guinea. Tis a robust bean and we develop / roast this coffee second only to Sumatra in terms of darkness. This allows for a complex flavor profile with rich roast notes without losing unique natural origin notes. This bean can do it all it's very good via pour over, French press, even Cold Brew and wonderful as espresso, balanced and sweet.
